This gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed in a single transaction. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Should the value of the selected services exceed the amount of the voucher, the balance will be payable using any other payment method accepted by the hotel. Conversely, if the total value of the services is lower than the voucher amount, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused balance. Expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted.
